1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Arabic OCR app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

2. Use of the App

This app helps users extract Arabic text and handwritten content from images using OCR technology powered by Google Cloud API. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you scan complies with applicable laws.

3. Image Processing

Images you upload or capture are sent to Google Cloud Vision API for OCR processing. These images are not stored by us. Processing is done temporarily and securely for the purpose of text recognition only.

4. Permissions

The app may request access to your camera for document capture. This permission is required only to provide the core functionality of the app.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the app, upload illegal content, reverse engineer the app, or use it for any unauthorized or harmful activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of Arabic OCR are the intellectual property of Ziad Khazzaka. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, errors in OCR recognition, or service interruptions. All use is at your own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
